MAIN AUDITORIUM
From the team that brought you Dreamboats And Petticoats.
Written by Laurence Marks and Maurice Gran (Goodnight Sweetheart, Birds Of A Feather). Directed by Bill Kenwright and Keith Strachan.
From the creators of Dreamboats And Petticoats comes a sensational new musical that will take you back to the music and magic of the early 1960s, a time when every passing week brought another rock'n'roll classic.
Featuring timeless songs by Doc Pomus and Mort Shuman, including A Teenager In Love, Sweets For My Sweet, Viva Las Vegas, Turn Me Loose and many more, this nostalgic feel-good show follows two teenage sisters through the summer of 1963.
Free of their parents, our two sisters embark on a seaside holiday full of fun and high spirits. However, after a handsome young American invites them to a dance at the local US Air Force base, they soon learn that young love is never as simple as it sounds.
