TUE 24 - SAT 28 JAN
Libby Brodie Productions and The Marlowe present
Run The Beast Down
THE MARLOWE STUDIO
A man. A fox. A neon-soaked showdown.
An exhilarating new play with live music, made by The Marlowe.
Charlie has stopped sleeping. And worse still, he’s being haunted by an urban fox. In a haze of neon-soaked insomnia, lines are blurring between reality and fantasy.
What is going on? Whatever it is, it’s big. The mystery twists its way towards a dead rabbit, a city in flames and a Kendal Mint Cake-fuelled murderous showdown.
The world premiere of Titas Halder’s Run The Beast Down starring Ben Aldridge (BBC’s Fleabag, Our Girl, Lark Rise To Candleford) is an exhilarating theatrical journey that combines elements of storytelling, dark comedy and magical realism with a mesmerising electronic score played by a musician live on stage.
