The Green Room has a brand-new menu, with plenty of seasonal flavours to enjoy.

The Green Room serves only the finest of ingredients, many sourced from the county of Kent, in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Honey roast parsnip soup with curry oil and coriander cream (v)
Ham hock terrine with piccalilli
Beetroot cured salmon with beetroot purée and potato salad
Glazed goats cheese with poached pear and walnut dressing (v)

Main course
Belly of pork with red cabbage purée, grain mustard mash potato
and honey roast parsnips

Slow cooked blade of beef, red wine jus, clap shot, roast shallot and dauphinoise potato
Baked fillet of cod, rosti potato, curly kale, bacon and baby onion cream
Stilton and walnut twice baked soufflé with parmentier potatoes, leek cream and spinach (v)

Sticky toffee pudding with vanilla ice cream (v)
Plum and almond tart with an iced cinnamon parfait (v)
Milk chocolate and pistachio Eton mess with candied pistachios (v)
The cheesemaker of Canterbury plate with oatcakes and apple & green tomato chutney (£2.50 supplement) (v)
