The Green Room has a brand-new menu, with plenty of seasonal flavours to enjoy.

The Green Room serves only the finest of ingredients, many sourced from the county of Kent, in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Cauliflower soup with bluebell cheese (v)
Purple sprouting broccoli with rosti potato, with or without crispy bacon and hollandaise sauce
Country pâté with pickles and English mustard
House cured salmon with orange and coriander

Main course
Braised ox cheek in red wine with polenta gnocchi
Twice baked Winterdale cheddar soufflé, with leek purée (v)
Braised chicken with sherry and cream with sauté potatoes
Cod fishcake with spinach, fish veloute and parsley oil

Bread and butter pudding with custard (v)
Plum and almond tart with clotted cream (v)
White chocolate and coconut panna cotta, with white wine poached fruit
The cheesemaker of Canterbury plate with oatcakes and apple & green tomato chutney (£2.50 supplement) (v)
