The Green Room has a brand-new menu, with plenty of seasonal flavours to enjoy.

The Green Room serves only the finest of ingredients, many sourced from the county of Kent, in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Courgette, apple, mint and goat's cheese soup (v)
Tart of plum tomatoes, mozzarella, red onions, pesto, balsamic vinegar and rocket leaves (v)
Coarse pork pâté with celeriac remoulade, melba toast and caramelised apple
Hot smoked salmon on a Caesar salad with bacon and anchovies

Main course
Grilled fillet of sea bream with spinach, pea purée, roasted diced potatoes and white wine cream
Stuffed lemon and sage chicken, fondant potato, creamed leeks and crisp bacon
Slow cooked breast of lamb, dauphinoise potatoes, tapenade, fine beans and roast peppers
Pan-fried polenta, garlic field mushrooms, parmesan and rocket salad with truffle oil (v)
