The Green Room has a brand-new menu, with plenty of seasonal flavours to enjoy.

The Green Room serves only the finest of ingredients, many sourced from the county of Kent, in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Roast tomato soup with basil oil (v)
Goats cheese panna cotta with waldorf salad
Confit chicken and wild mushroom terrine with leek vinaigrette and melba toast
Gravadlax cured salmon, rye crumb, horseradish crème fraîche and pink grapefruit salad

Main course
Breast of Guinea fowl, shallot purée, rosti potato and fine beans with a Madeira jus
Pan-fried gnocchi, spinach pesto, mozzarella, roast tomatoes and courgettes (v)
Slow cooked belly of pork with black pudding hash, apple purée and a grain mustard cream
Grilled fillet of sea bream with spinach, sautéed potatoes, red pepper dressing and parsley cress

Bread and butter pudding with custard (v)
Chocolate tart with a vanilla mascarpone and orange & mint compote (v)
Lemon cheesecake with strawberry compote and jelly
The cheesemaker of Canterbury plate with oatcakes and apple & green tomato chutney (£2.50 supplement) (v)
