Welcome pack

Your welcome pack for the coming term will be winging it’s way to you in the post shortly before the start of term. In your pack will be an emergency contact form, please return this to your session leader on the first day of the new term.

Emergency contact details

Click here to download our emergency contact form, which will need to be filled in and returned on your first session.

Communications

All new participants for the coming term will be sent a ParentMail invitation either by text or email depending on the information we hold for you. This will be our primary method of communication going forward so it’s really important you register, which should only take a few minutes.

We've found it's the most effective means of getting messages and event invites out and while Parent is in the title, this will be just as useful for our adult participants - we hope you understand! Once registered, you can receive notifications and use the smart phone app or access on a computer.

To register, click the link in your invite. As verification, the system asks for the date of birth of participant. Rather than your actual birth date, please enter generic date 01/01/2000 (in this format), or click the date in the calendar.

If you’ve already signed up to ParentMail last term you won’t have to re-register.
