Friends of the Marlowe
Becoming a Friend of The Marlowe provides a number of exclusive benefits:
• Half-price tickets for the first two nights of
most plays.
• Discounts on ticket prices available to Friends only.
• Priority booking: Friends are entitled to two weeks priority
booking for most shows (three weeks for postal booking).
• Free postage of tickets.
• Ticket discounts on selected shows at the Gulbenkian Theatre,
Canterbury. Look for the symbol in the Gulbenkian brochure.
• Friends are invited to meet the cast after the First Night performance
of most week-long shows. Look for the symbol in the brochure.
• Between Friends, the regular newsletter, is mailed free to all
members.
• Free backstage tours.
• Regular social events.
• Discounts at various local restaurants and other businesses.
Good Companions
Events are open to all Friends but with a special welcome to our single members.
Regular get-togethers are organised with coffee and a talk from a visiting company
member, followed by a matinee performance.
Friends Tickets Entitlement
These are the limits on the number of tickets that Friends can book during the
priority sales period. Friends' companions are NOT entitled to a Friends discount.
Also, the two-tickets-for-the-price-of-one offer to Friends for the first two
nights of most plays applies ONLY to Friends.
Single
May book a maximum of TWO tickets for each show.
Double
May book a maximum of FOUR tickets for each show.
Group
May book a maximum of EIGHT tickets for each show.
